Michelle is a Faculty member and a certified Nature Forest Therapy Guide, passionate about connection to nature and well-being. With a background in compassion and conflict resolution she has authored two books “Conscious Connectivity: Creating Dignity in Conversation”, and “Conversations on Compassion” and teaches adult education on these topics.
Michelle currently co-delivers the forest bathing experiences for the community and employees.
Vanessa is a social impact and sustainable procurement professional genuinely committed to delivering positive change and impact through responsible business practices.
She has led social and sustainable engagements as a Sustainable Procurement and Social Impact Consultant across a variety of industries including financial services, utilities, property development, the public sector, with Indigenous and not for profit organisations. Additionally, she has also been part of specialist Sustainability, Diversity and Strategy teams in large and complex organisations such as Westpac.
Vanessa delivers tailored workshops in the areas of social impact and sustainable procurement.
Vanh is an experienced facilitator, social and emotional intelligence coach and Founder of Yes Everyone Matters (YesEM). Her multi-sector experience includes leading change in the water, gender equity and tourism sectors. She is a Collaborating Partner of TransformationFirst.Asia Pte Ltd and the developer and facilitator of the Emerging Water Professionals Program of the International RiverFoundation in Australia. She has worked with Melbourne Water, OXFAM, Australian AID, UN International Labour Organisation, Global Water Partnership, and Engineers Without Borders.
She serves on the Alliance for Water Stewardship Board of Directors as the Deputy Chair and is dedicated to advancing and deepening the impact of credible water stewardship.
